Shiny new Flickr! banner :)
Maybe I should replace my Flickr! badge with something like this…
There are a bunch full of nice gadgets over there, especially if you use Flickr!… *click*

These are great! They are from WhattheDuck.net , they have their own site hosting the photography strip now.
Plus I will need a KX-121 camera plus a Airwave 612/13 RF Video Tx/Rx system plus I-glasses plus a gyro.
All to fly like the guy in this video.
On the plus side: I allready have an Easystar - though aerodynamically slightly adapted by various crashes. :)
Uh, and he likes Enterprise obviously. Give me back T’Pol an Tucker!
Also, take a look at his other R/C Videos which are displayed on the right side of the playing one. He also flys along the F1 course in Montreal with his camera Easystar. :)
Ah, the joys of combining english and german. :)
Of course I meant hiking. Went for a little hike with my new employer and fellow colleagues.
In the Thumbnail you can see the pylon of a small cargo cablecar leading to the house we slept in that night. It’s located right at the border between Austria and Germany (in fact the borderline runs through the kitchen!) at approx. 1700m. There is a small article in german on Wikipedia.
As always photos can be found on my Flickr! Account.
Once again every available user from KaraNet came to the favourite bbs party location -> Mozartheim.
Didn’t stay that long myself but managed to bring home some nice photos. Find them here.

It is time! Mighty warrior Hope (aka Severin “Speckbrot” Fronauer von der Wolfsgruben) has reached his 30th. In good old Mozartheim tradition the evening has been spent in the Club with lots of friends, lots of alcohol and lots of presents.
Great party, thanks for the invitation. Met lots of old friends there.
Pics can be found at my Flickr! Account.
P.S.: Thanks for the great cake Angie, Melitta definitly approves. :)

This is one fascinating blog. I missed the first half of her one-year trip round the world but read all about the preparations for Phase II and have followed the blog ever since. Just added her link to my blogroll too.
She split her rtw (round the world) trip in two halfes (you’re right, half year each). But it’s none of the luxury trips, most times she sleeps in hostels, train stations or monasteries. Whats fascinating too: She is doing the whole thing on her own, as a 28 year old attractive girl.
So if you’re up for fascinating stories from China, the Gobi desert, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia and Japan give her blog a try. She also spent much time talking about pre-trip planning, so for all the future rtw’ers, this is the stuff you should read.
May I mention that she uses the same camera model as I do (a Nikon D70)?
My Nikon gets jelaous every time I look at her photos… :)
